“I honestly cannot thank Ron enough. On the 16th June I received feedback from my company that I had to attend a disciplinary meeting and the letter effectively stated my employment was in jeopardy. I was given 2 days notice and was incredibly blindsided and upset.

I had Ron’s number as i was going to give to a colleague of mine and since have. I called Ron immediately after receiving the letter and he calmed me down and told me he would sort the situation.

Which he did, he drafted a letter which basically told my company that they had gone about this completely incorrectly. He also got my meeting moved and got my company to provide me with details of the complaints something that up to that point I had not seen.
